MRS. JESSE ADAMS:
Mrs. Jesse Adams passed away at her home in St. Louis Wednesday, March 29, 1933, following an illness of three days, at the age of 46 years, 4 months and 17 days. Alvin Hood, a Flat River Undertaker, who was in charge of arrangements, removed the body to the home of Fred Adams of Flat River, on Friday. Funeral services were held at the Adams residence on Saturday, April 1, conducted by Rev. E. H. Zipprodt, pastor of the Flat River First Baptist Church. Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Ramsey sang at the services. Burial was in the K. of P. Cemetery at St. Francois.
Mary Elizabeth Lewis was born in Perry County, near Silver Lake, Missouri, November 12, 1886, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Lewis. On May 22, 1906, she was united in marriage to Jesse H. Adams, at Farmington. They made their home in Flat River until ten years ago, when they moved to St. Louis. They were the parents of eight children, three of whom preceded the mother in death. She leaves mourning her death, her beloved husband, three sons, Virgil, James and Jesse; two daughters, Edith and Mildred and two grandchildren, Richard and Betty Adams, also her mother, Mrs. Theresa Lewis, of St. Francois; one brother, Ellion Lewis and one sister, Mrs. Ed. Adams, both of St. Francois, besides many other relatives and friends.

MRS. KIMBRELL FUNERAL SLATED:
Funeral services for MARY A. KIMBRELL will be hald at 11 am Saturday in the Chapel of the Albany Undertaking Company, with the Rev. Ralph Porterfield and the Rev. J. Berrien Minter officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. KIMBRELL, 93, died suddenly Thursday morning at the home of her son. W.V. KIMBRELL, Sr., 403 N. Jefferson St. She had been a resident of Albany for the last 41 years, moving here from Atlanta. Before her marriage to the late D.L. Kimbrell of Gwinnett County, she was the former Miss Mary Ann VENABLE of Atlanta. She was the daughter of the late Roanne VEAL and Daniel (Clower) VENABLE of Gwinnett County and a member of the Stone Mountain Methodist Church.
She is survived by three sons, OLIN KIMBRELL, Georgia; C.C. KIMBRELL, Memphis, Tenn., and W.V. KIMBRELL Sr., Albany; four sisters, Mrs. Jenny BAGWELL, Mrs. Ada KELLEY, Mrs. Emma JUHAN, all of Lawrenceville, and Mrs. Ina SMITH of Detroit, Mich; a brother, W.R. VENABLE, Birmingham, Ala; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren
Pallbearers are requested to meet at the chapel at 10:45 am. They are Arthur TYSON, Harry DAVIS, R.P. SHIPP; L.A. MILLS; H.M. CHASTAIN and H.L. FARMER. Kimbrell-Stern are in charge of arrangements.
